Thank you to all the Coalition volunteers who came out to our Spring Social this past Saturday! It was striking 🎳 to see many new faces come out as we got to learn more about each other over bowling. Trainers Coalition would not be able to do what we do without any of these amazing volunteers. We are so thankful for each and every one of you guys for actualizing our mission to make the gym accessible to all individuals.

Winter 'Workout'land is a fitness festival designed to help you kickstart your New Year's resolution for a healthier and more active 2019. There will be a variety of exercise classes ranging from HIIT training and dance cardio to yoga and recovery workshops, all led by professional trainers.
Sprinkled in between the classes will be a guest speaker panel on this year's topic: mental health and wellness. The gym isn't about being the "tough guy" or "tough gal". It's about finding health in our bodies and our minds. The goal of this event is to not only bring the community together to enjoy fun and challenging workouts, but also remind people of the importance of mental health in the fitness space.
All proceeds from this event will go towards providing gym access, training, and related resources to low-income individuals who have medical needs.
